Rage Room Extreme Party of 12

Service Description

This party allows you and your guest to experiece all we have to offer. You can break our sh#t and you can paint. This party gives you access to our paint room, Rage room, and lobby for 2 hours. You will have reserved setting for 12 people. Feel free to bring your own food , decorations, nonalcoholic drinks, and we will play your music. We provide all safety gear needed for breaking items. As well as paint, foam balls, and canvas. Have fun breaking sh*t and making art ! We have face shields, helments, goggles, booties, and aprons. Hard bottom shoes and pants are required. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU WEAR CLOTHING AND SHOES YOU WONT MIND GETTING A LITTLE MESSY. Painters must be at least 8 years old. Parents do not have to go into the room but must watch from the viewing window to provide supervision. Ragers must have a parent present if they are between the ages of 12 and 17. Those 18 or older can rage freely. Please note: A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your party space. We are holding this space for your party. Therefore, there are no refunds after booking. You may, however reschedule this appointment if you send us an email at least 7 days before your PARTY. If you are unable to reschedule the the party a week in advanced and you can not make it, You may send someone in your place. That person can pay the remainder balance in person using debit or credit and host the party.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments, Not Parties: If you have reserved a rage or paint time slot (not a party) you may arrive 15min before your time. However, if you are more than 10 mins late, we must cancel your appointment without refund. Please note: We are holding this space for you. Therefore, there are no refunds after booking. You may, however reschedule this appointment if you send us an email at least 5 days before your appointment. If you are unable to reschedule the appointment but can not make it, you may send someone in your place. PARTIES: A 50% non-refundable deposit plus tax is required to reserve your party date. There are no refunds for party cancellations or missed parties. However, customers needing to RESECHEDULE (not cancel) may do so at least 7 days before the scheduled party date. If you are unable to reschedule within 7 days of your party, you may send someone in your place. That person will be permitted to pay the balance in person and host your party in your place. Balances may not be paid in cash (credit or debit only) PLEASE BE SURE TO TELL YOUR GUEST TO WEAR LONG SLEEVES, BOOTS OR HARD BOTTOM SHOES, AND PANTS. Rage Room Rules: Participants must not wear soft sole or open toed shoes/sandals Participants must not be experiencing a mental health crisis Participants must not be under the influence of any alcohol or drugs. Participants must be 18 years or older. However, participants ages 12-17 may participate when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Participants must keep all safety and protective gear on while inside the rage room. Participants must always use 2 hands of control while using sledgehammers, bats, ext. and have full control of all of their tools at all times while in the rage rooms. We require at least 3' space between participants while utilizing the destructive tools inside the rage rooms. Although in the rage room together, only one person may be in the designated “smash zone” at a time. Participants not following rules or engaging in an unsafe manner will be asked to leave without a refund. YES YOU CAN: -Throw breakables at DESIGNATED walls when in the smash zone alone -Use profanity -take pictures and videos inside the rage rooms -bring your own breakables if all items are approved and deemed acceptable -play your own music No you may not: -throw destructive tools -throw items at plexiglass -Remove any safety gear including your visor while in the rage room
