Appointments, Not Parties:

If you have reserved a rage or paint time slot (not a party) you may arrive 15min before your time. However, if you are more than 10 mins late, we must cancel your appointment without refund. Please note: We are holding this space for you. Therefore, there are no refunds after booking. You may, however reschedule this appointment if you send us an email at least 5 days before your appointment. If you are unable to reschedule the appointment but can not make it, you may send someone in your place.

 

PARTIES:

A 50% non-refundable deposit plus tax is required to reserve your party date. There are no refunds for party cancellations or missed parties. However, customers needing to RESECHEDULE (not cancel) may do so at least 7 days before the scheduled party date. If you are unable to reschedule within 7 days of your party, you may send someone in your place. That person will be permitted to pay the balance in person and host your party in your place. Balances may not be paid in cash (credit or debit only) PLEASE BE SURE TO TELL YOUR GUEST TO WEAR LONG SLEEVES, BOOTS OR HARD BOTTOM SHOES, AND PANTS.
