Do I have to sign a waiver?



What Do I wear?

You will be breaking items. We suggest that you wear a long sleeve shirt, pants, and closed toe shoes (preferably boots but not required). We will provide you with all other protective gear.


Can I drink?

Participants must not be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.


What are the age requirements?

Ragers must be 18 years or older. However, if minors want to rage they can be ages 12-17 when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Painters must be 8 years or older and supervised by a parent/gaurdian.


Can more than one person be in the same room at the same time

Yes, up to 4 people.  There will be designated smash zones. Only 1 person may be in that zone at a time.


What types of items will I be smashing?

Depending on items we have in stock you will be breaking a wide variety of items. Some big and some small. Here are some examples: Dishes, liquor bottles, mirrors, beer bottles, coffee, toys, keyboards, furniture...


Do I have to make a reservation, or do you take walk ins?

Walk-ins are welcomed. However, if you want to be sure that your group can be accommodated or that you are “raging” at a particular time, we highly recommend that you make a reservation.  Walk-ins may have extended waiting periods.


Can we take pictures or videos?

SURE! And feel free to share with your friends and family on social media. In fact, tag us for a chance to win free Rage time.

What is your cancelation policy?

Appointments Not Parties: If you have reserved a rage time slot (not a party) you may arrive 15min before your time. However, if you are more than 10 mins late, we must cancel your appointment without refund. Please note: We are holding this space for you. Therefore, there are no refunds after booking. You may, however reschedule this appointment if you send us an email at least 5 days before your appointment. If you are unable to reschedule the appointment but can not make it, you may send someone in your place. PARTIES: A 50% non-refundable deposit plus tax is required to reserve your party date. There are no refunds for party cancellations or missed parties. However, customers needing to RESECHEDULE (not cancel) may do so at least 7 days before the scheduled party date. If you are unable to reschedule within 7 days of your party, you may send someone in your place. That person will be permitted to pay the balance in person and host your party in your place. Balances may not be paid in cash (credit or debit only) PLEASE BE SURE TO TELL YOUR GUEST TO WEAR LONG SLEEVES, BOOTS OR HARD BOTTOM SHOES, AND PANTS.
